In the unfortunate event of a data breach involving your "personal information" as defined by Ohio law (i.e., your name combined with your Social Security number, driver's license number/state identification card number, or account number/credit/debit card number linked to a security code or password), we will comply with the Ohio Data Breach Notification Law. This means we will notify affected Ohio residents as quickly as possible, but no later than forty-five (45) days after discovery of the breach, in the manner prescribed by law, and take other necessary steps to mitigate harm.
